With it, you will not have to keep your stopwatch in hand while you exercise, you will not have to walk with your list concatenation to be sure not to forget, you will not make any mistake with your intervals and recovery efforts.

The principle is simple:

SINGLE EXERCICE:

- You set an exercise, consisting of a period of stress and recovery time. (Burpees, Squats or pumps, for example) You decide of the number of round to go. (20 second pumps, 10 seconds of recovery, for example once every 5)

- You can set ringtones start and end add ringtones announcing the start of the recovery a few seconds before announcing the recovery effort.

- You can record the voice name of the exercise to avoid having to look at your phone when it starts.

- The pie chart shows you visually where youre at your global and series.


SEQUENCE OF EXERCISES:

- You choose the exercises you want to bind and with witch pace you desire. Simply select and create your playslist of combos. (Pumps> Abs> Squats> Dips> Run all four times, for example) The voice recording of each exercise allows you to enchainer without looking at your phone and with the wright order.

- You can save as many combos as you want, the possibilities are endless.
